- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Since they switched to the Chip reader cards my husband and I both have had our information stolen 3 times (two in the last two weeks) and only one of the incidents was caught by the fraud department. When I called they helped me but the third time they did not deactivate my card and it was used again for 200$. Which again was not caught by the fraud department and was only caught because we look at our accounts so often.By Brooklynn Barber, April 06, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst banking experience ever. Multiple issues with these guys throughout the life of a car loan. Charging me late fees when I paid on time, fees for information they claim they didn't have but I had emailed multiple times, unprofessional receptionists, etc. I could go on.
